Production Associate- 1st ShiftJoin a leading manufacturer of high-performance thermoplastic products in Mayfield, PA, as a Production Worker. In this role, you will support the Compression Molding department by assisting in the production of molded plastic sheets. Employees will rotate through various stages of the manufacturing process, including preparing and cleaning molds, loading resin materials according to work orders, opening and closing molds, removing finished products, and labeling completed materials.ResponsibilitiesPrepare and clean molds for the production process.Load resin materials according to work orders.Open and close molds as part of the manufacturing process.Remove finished products and label completed materials.Perform visual quality inspections throughout the manufacturing process.Monitor products to ensure they meet specifications.Handle and return unused materials to designated locations.Maintain accurate product identification and documentation.Essential SkillsStrong attention to detail.Good attendance and reliability.Mechanical aptitude.Ability to follow instructions and work orders.Experience using basic hand tools.Safety-conscious mindset.Ability to perform visual quality inspections.Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.Additional Skills & QualificationsGeneral labor experience.Proficiency in using hand tools and tape measure.Experience in production, assembly, and stacking.Why Work Here?Enjoy the opportunity to secure a permanent position with the company upon quality performance and attendance.
