Job DescriptionJob DescriptionOverviewWe are seeking a skilled and reliable Industrial Production Sewer to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate has experience operating industrial sewing machines in a fast-paced production environment and takes pride in producing high-quality work while meeting efficiency standards.ResponsibilitiesOperate industrial sewing machines (single-needle, double-needle, serger, etc.)Assemble and sew products according to specifications and production standardsRead and follow work orders, patterns, and instructionsInspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and consistencyMaintain a clean and organized workstationMeet daily and weekly production goalsReport equipment issues or defects to supervisorsFollow all workplace safety and quality proceduresQualificationsPrevious experience as an industrial or production sewer preferredAbility to operate industrial sewing machines efficientlyStrong attention to detail and qualityAbility to sit for extended periods and perform repetitive tasksBasic understanding of measurements and sewing techniquesDependable, punctual, and team-orientedSkillsExperience sewing garments, upholstery, automotive, marine, medical, canvas, leather productsFamiliarity with production quotas and manufacturing workflowsAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionJoin us in creating exceptional garments through your skilled craftsmanship!
