What You’ll Do:
- Set up and operate heavy-duty industrial sewing machines (walking foot, automatic bar tackers, lockstitch).
- Assemble and stitch high-strength synthetic materials, webbing, and safety gear.
- Inspect finished products for stitch accuracy and compliance with safety standards.
- Perform routine machine maintenance like needle changes and threading.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ years of industrial or heavy-duty commercial sewing experience preferred.
- attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to read work orders, spec sheets, and product drawings.
- Dependable work history and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities
- Machine Operation: Set up, operate, and maintain industrial sewing machines (walking foot, automatic bar tackers, and heavy-duty lockstitch).
- Material Assembly: Sew heavy synthetic webbing, straps, harness components, and protective gear according to detailed specification sheets.
- Quality Inspection: Inspect incoming materials, monitor stitch quality, and self-check finished products to ensure strict safety standard compliance.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic machine maintenance (re-threading, needle replacements, tension adjustments, and routine cleaning).
- Production Targets: Meet daily output quotas while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.
The essential functions of this role include:
- working in a smoke free environment
- working in a non-temperature controlled environment
- standing for 4 hours at one time
