Job Description

We are hiring an experienced and friendly team member to join our hot pot restaurant located in Midtown Manhattan. This position is ideal for someone with strong English communication skills who enjoys guest interaction and providing high-quality service. Due to the nature of hot pot dining, clear communication, enthusiasm, and a warm personality are essential.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver attentive and professional service to guests.
• Communicate confidently in English with customers and team members.
• Guide guests through the hot pot dining experience.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Support daily front-of-house operations as needed.

Requirements:

• Prior restaurant experience required (hot pot experience is a plus).
• Strong English communication skills are a must.
• Friendly, energetic, and people-oriented.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to be paid on payroll (legal tax reporting).
